What is the beep test?
The beep test (also know as the multistage fitness test, bleep test, pacer test and shuttle run test) is a standard fitness test used by professionals to test cardiovascular fitness. The beep test involves running back and forth between two markers at 20m (6.5′ 7.4″) apart at an increasing pace as indicated by audio beeps. Your fitness level will then be calculated based on how long you can keep the pace. An audio beep and visual cue will indicate marker and stage changes. The Beep Test is a standard fitness test used by Sporting Teams (including but not limited to soccer, football, Australian Rules AFL, hockey, rugby, cricket, athletics and tennis). The test is also and entry requirement for Police, Fire and Emergency Response, Army, Air Force and Navy.

BEEP TEST TRAINER app good for

a very good app for anyone who is in need or want to track your cve and to grow physically as an athlete

This app works fine and is great. Nothing great just a plain Jane beep test but thats what you pay for.

Good for police testing and CF. People are confused as it is not the same voice as you may hear in police/CF testing but the pace and levels are all the same

This is the one to have. The training module is unique and real effective for making progress. Push your limit while improving fitness and power with this easy to use application.

Some bad moments

I need this app to work!!!! Downloaded it an hour ago, it wont load! Please fix A.S.A.P. Thank you. I will rate it 5 stars once it works.

DO NOT BUY if you are using it for Canadian forces trg not the same at all

waste of money, not even close to police test! Has only 4 pre-set tests and all are UK!!!!!!

I payed money for this? Unbelievable. I dont want to hear some daft bloke saying what stage I am every five seconds, I just want the bloody beeps and then an update when I complete a level. Get a free app, and steer clear of this garbage.

I downloaded this app to use in gym class with my students. Unfortunately it isnt appropriate for my needs. It includes way more information than I require. I was hoping I could customize what levels are announced. I would prefer that only each level and half level are given - our grading scheme is based on each half level achieved.

It wont allow you to set up the birthdate. The dates keep going back to the year 1969. Have no idea how to set the birthdate. VERY frustrating.
